Description:
A heap overflow in the sensorhub binder service can lead to code execution in a privileged process. This issue is caused by a buffer overflow in memory, which can be exploited by a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code.
Recommendations:
For Samsung mobile devices with M(6.0) software, update to a version that fixes the sensorhub binder service issue.
For Samsung mobile devices with N(7.x) software, update to a version that fixes the sensorhub binder service issue.
As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the sensorhub binder service until a patch is available.
