Description: The issue is related to a possible stack buffer overflow in the avrc ctrl pars vendor rsp function of avrc pars ct.cc due to a missing bounds check. This could lead to remote code execution with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not required for exploitation.
Recommendations: For Android versions 7.0, 7.1.1, 7.1.2, 8.0, 8.1, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
