Description:
The issue is caused by a possible stack buffer overflow due to an incorrect bounds check in the
avrc pars browsing cmd function of avrc pars tg.cc. This could lead to remote code execution with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.Recommendations:
For Android versions 8.0 and 8.1, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
