Description:
The issue is related to a buffer overflow in the Monitoring Manager component of Oracle GoldenGate, allowing an unauthenticated attacker with network access via TCP to compromise Oracle GoldenGate. Successful attacks can result in the takeover of Oracle GoldenGate. This vulnerability may also impact additional products.
Recommendations:
For versions 12.1.2.1.0, 12.2.0.2.0, and 12.3.0.1.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue to prevent exploitation.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
