Description
The issue is related to an elevation of privilege vulnerability in the kernel SCSI driver, which can allow an attacker to access confidential data, compromise its integrity, and cause a denial of service.
Recommendations
For Android kernel, consider restricting access to the SCSI driver until a patch is available.
As a temporary workaround, avoid using the vulnerable SCSI driver functionality until the issue is resolved.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
