Description The issue allows remote attackers to bypass the intended anonymity feature and discover a client IP address via vectors involving a crafted web site that leverages file:// mishandling in Firefox. This is related to insufficient protection of service data when handling file paths.
Recommendations For Tor Browser versions prior to 7.0.9, update to version 7.0.9 or later to resolve the issue.
