Description: The issue arises from the lack of a charset field in HTTP Content-Type headers in 400 level responses, potentially allowing remote attackers to conduct cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks via characters in non-standard encodings, such as UTF-7.
Recommendations: For Express versions 3.x before 3.11, update Express to version 3.11 or later. For Express versions 4.x before 4.5, update Express to version 4.5 or later.
