Description The issue allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the query parameter to "whois.php" API endpoint. This can lead to cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.
Recommendations For phpwhois version 4.2.5, consider restricting access to the whois.php API endpoint until a patch is available. For adsense-click-fraud-monitoring plugin version 1.7.5, avoid using the query parameter in the whois.php endpoint until the issue is resolved.
