Description The issue allows a memory-cache side-channel attack on ECDSA signatures, also known as the Return Of the Hidden Number Problem or ROHNP. To discover an ECDSA key, the attacker needs access to either the local machine or a different virtual machine on the same physical host.

Recommendations For LibTomCrypt versions prior to 1.18.2, update to version 1.18.2 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to sensitive ECDSA key operations to minimize the risk of exploitation.
