Description The issue is related to a remote code execution problem in the scripting engine of Microsoft Edge, caused by a buffer overflow in memory. This could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code on a target system by using specially crafted web page content. If the user has administrative rights, a successful exploitation could lead to the attacker gaining control of the system, enabling them to install programs, view, change, or delete data, or create new accounts with full user rights.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
