Description The issue allows malicious requests made to virtual servers with an HTTP profile to cause the TMM to restart. This occurs when the non-default "normalize URI" configuration options are used in iRules and/or BIG-IP LTM policies.
Recommendations For F5 BIG-IP versions 12.1.0 through 12.1.3.6, consider disabling the "normalize URI" configuration options in iRules and BIG-IP LTM policies as a temporary workaround. For F5 BIG-IP versions 13.0.0 through 13.1.1.1, consider disabling the "normalize URI" configuration options in iRules and BIG-IP LTM policies as a temporary workaround. For F5 BIG-IP versions 14.0.0 through 14.0.0.2, consider disabling the "normalize URI" configuration options in iRules and BIG-IP LTM policies as a temporary workaround.
