Description The issue is related to insufficient access control in the Map Builder component of Oracle Fusion Middleware MapViewer, allowing an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful attacks can result in the takeover of Oracle Fusion Middleware MapViewer.
