Description An issue was discovered that allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service, resulting in an application crash due to an out-of-bounds read. This can be achieved by crafting a file with fewer than 4 bytes, which is then processed by the loadModule function in Include/Inline/CLI.h without proper file length checking.

Recommendations For versions prior to 2018-09-16, as a temporary workaround, consider adding file length checks before performing file magic comparisons in the loadModule function to prevent out-of-bounds reads. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this issue.
