Description
The issue is caused by a buffer overflow in the ChakraCore JavaScript engine, allowing a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code with the help of a specially crafted web page. This could corrupt memory, enabling the attacker to gain the same user rights as the current user. If the current user has administrative rights, the attacker could take control of the affected system, install programs, view, change, or delete data, or create new accounts with full user rights.
