Description The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service via a crafted RSASSA-PSS signature that lacks a mask generation function parameter. This is related to the rsa pss params parse function in libstrongswan/credentials/keys/signature params.c.
Recommendations For strongSwan version 5.6.1, consider updating to a newer version that contains a fix for this issue, as using a crafted RSASSA-PSS signature could lead to a denial of service. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
