Description: A heap-based buffer over-read issue occurs due to the mishandling of a certain case of a 0xffffffff length in the PSD MetaHandler::CacheFileData() function. This issue arises in the XMPFiles/source/FormatSupport/PSIR FileWriter.cpp file.
