Description The issue is related to an incomplete fix for a previous problem, allowing attackers to bypass a sandbox protection mechanism. This is due to insufficient access control in the Sandbox Protection Mechanism component of the Ghostscript software suite, which can be exploited by a local attacker to bypass the sandbox protection and execute arbitrary code.
Recommendations For Artifex Ghostscript versions 9.25 and earlier, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
