Description
The issue is related to the ParsePayloadHeader function in the payload metadata.cc file, which can cause an out of bounds write due to an integer overflow. This could lead to remote escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not required for exploitation. The problem is associated with a buffer overflow in memory, potentially allowing an attacker to execute arbitrary code.

For Android version 9, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
