Description
The issue is related to insufficient access control in the Oracle iProcurement component, allowing a remote attacker to access protected information using the HTTP protocol. This can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all accessible data in Oracle iProcurement.
Recommendations
For versions 12.1.1, 12.1.2, 12.1.3, consider restricting access to the E-Content Manager Catalog subcomponent until a patch is available.
For versions 12.2.3, 12.2.4, 12.2.5, 12.2.6, 12.2.7, consider disabling the HTTP protocol for Oracle iProcurement or limiting network access to prevent exploitation.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
