Description
The issue is related to insufficient access control in the Oracle Outside In Technology component, specifically the Outside In Filters subcomponent. This allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Outside In Technology. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and can result in unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Outside In Technology accessible data and the ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash of Oracle Outside In Technology.

For versions 8.5.3 and 8.5.4, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue, as no specific workaround is provided for these versions.
