Description The issue is related to inadequate access control in the InnoDB component of the MySQL Server, allowing a low-privileged attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise the server. Successful attacks can result in the ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash of the MySQL Server, leading to a denial of service.
Recommendations For versions 5.6.41 and prior, update to a version later than 5.6.41. For versions 5.7.23 and prior, update to a version later than 5.7.23. For versions 8.0.12 and prior, update to a version later than 8.0.12.
