CVE-2019-2395

CVSS v2.0

5.5

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:S/C:P/I:N/A:P
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Oracle WebLogic Server version 10.3.6.0
Description The issue is related to insufficient access control in the WLS - Web Services component of Oracle WebLogic Server, allowing a remote attacker to access protected information via HTTP. This can result in unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle WebLogic Server accessible data and the ability to cause a partial denial of service of Oracle WebLogic Server.
Recommendations For version 10.3.6.0, consider restricting access to the WLS - Web Services component until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, limit network access via HTTP to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the HTTP protocol for sensitive operations until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
