Description The issue is related to insufficient access control in the Application Portal component of PeopleSoft Enterprise Interaction Hub, allowing a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some accessible data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of accessible data.

Recommendations For version 9.1.0.0, consider restricting access to the Application Portal component until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, limit the use of HTTP protocol to minimize the risk of exploitation.
