Description The issue is related to the early free of an object in use in IndexDB, which allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. This could lead to arbitrary code execution. The vulnerability is associated with the use of memory after it has been freed, and exploitation may allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code using a specially crafted HTML page.
Recommendations For versions prior to 67.0.3396.62, update to version 67.0.3396.62 or later to resolve the issue. At the moment, there is no information about additional mitigation measures for this specific vulnerability.
