Description
The issue is related to the early free of an object in use in IndexDB, which allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. This could lead to arbitrary code execution. The vulnerability is associated with the use of memory after it has been freed, and exploitation may allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code using a specially crafted HTML page.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 67.0.3396.62, update to version 67.0.3396.62 or later to resolve the issue.
