Description The issue is related to the Shopping Cart component of Oracle iStore in Oracle E-Business Suite. It allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle iStore. Successful attacks require human interaction and may significantly impact additional products. Attacks can result in unauthorized access to critical data, complete access to all Oracle iStore accessible data, as well as unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of Oracle iStore accessible data.

Recommendations For Oracle iStore versions 12.1.1 through 12.1.3, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. For Oracle iStore versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.8, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Shopping Cart component until a patch is available.
