Description The issue allows local users to obtain sensitive information by listing the process, as the mysql user password is placed on the command line in the capture function and the mysql command line in the restore function.
Recommendations For kajam gem version 1.0.3.rc2, consider modifying the vendor/plugins/dataset/lib/dataset/database/mysql.rb file to avoid placing the mysql user password on the command line, or restrict access to the process list to minimize the risk of exploitation.
