Description The issue is related to an Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key. A missing ownership check allowed logged-in users to change the scope of app passwords of other users. However, the app passwords themselves were neither disclosed nor could the error be misused to identify as another user.

Recommendations For Nextcloud Server versions prior to 11.0.7, update to version 11.0.7 or later. For Nextcloud Server versions prior to 12.0.5, update to version 12.0.5 or later.
