Description: The issue arises when the IPA driver is processing IOCTL commands without a mutex lock on allocated memory. This can lead to a use-after-free condition if one thread sends an ioctl cmd IPA IOC QUERY RT TBL INDEX while another sends an ioctl cmd IPA IOC DEL RT RULE.

Recommendations: For Android for MSM versions prior to 2017-08-31, update to a version released after 2017-08-31.
