Description:
A memory leak issue was discovered, allowing remote attackers to cause a denial of service via a crafted file. The issue is related to the function ReadPCDImage in coders/pcd.c.

For ImageMagick version 7.0.7, consider updating to a newer version that contains a fix for this issue. As a temporary workaround, restrict the use of the ReadPCDImage function in coders/pcd.c to minimize the risk of exploitation.
