Description An information exposure issue exists that allows attackers with the ability to control build output to browse the file system on agents running builds beyond the duration of the build using the workspace browser. This issue is related to the DirectoryBrowserSupport.java component.

Recommendations For Jenkins versions 2.153 and earlier, update to a version later than 2.153 to resolve the issue. For Jenkins LTS versions 2.138.3 and earlier, update to a version later than 2.138.3 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the workspace browser to minimize the risk of exploitation.
