Description:
The issue concerns the container-tools module, which includes tools such as podman, buildah, skopeo, and runc. There are problems with podman exec not distinguishing between stopped containers and non-existing ones, performance issues with Podman on systems with IO load, and podman exec leaking an exec pid file for every exec in tmpfs.
