Description: An insecure permissions issue was found, posing a security risk if a maintainer leaves a group and is aware of the runner registration token in the CI/CD settings, as this token could not be reset.

For GitLab Community and Enterprise Edition versions 11.5.x through 11.5.5, update to version 11.5.6 or later. For GitLab Community and Enterprise Edition versions 11.6.x through 11.6.0, update to version 11.6.1 or later.
