Description:
The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, consuming memory and CPU, via a crafted certificate in the TLS certificate handshake message. This is due to a buffer overflow in the
asn1 signature function, which does not check the result of get asn1 length() for minimum or maximum size.Recommendations:
For axTLS versions 2.1.5 and earlier, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this issue.
