Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Total Defense Anti-virus version 9.0.0.773
Description
The issue is related to insecure access control for a specific directory used by the ccschedulersvc.exe process, allowing local attackers to hijack dotnetproxy.exe. This leads to privilege escalation when the ccSchedulerSVC service runs the executable.

For Total Defense Anti-virus version 9.0.0.773, consider restricting access to the vulnerable directory %PROGRAMDATA%TotalDefenseConsumerISS9 to prevent local attackers from hijacking dotnetproxy.exe until a patch is available.
