Description
The issue allows a remote authenticated attacker to perform file deletions in the context of the user account that runs the web server. This is achieved via a crafted cookie value, specifically exploiting the GOsa Filter Settings cookie. The vulnerability is due to the use of unserialize to restore filter settings from a cookie, which enables PHP object injection.
Recommendations
For GONICUS GOsa version 2.7.5.2, consider disabling the use of the GOsa Filter Settings cookie or restricting its usage until a patch is available to prevent PHP object injection.
