CVE-2019-14700

CVSS v3.1

7.5

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions MicroDigital N-series cameras versions through 6400.0.8.5
Description The issue allows disclosure of the existence of arbitrary files via Path Traversal in HTTPD. This happens because the filename specified in the TZ parameter is accessed with a delay if the file exists, indicating its presence.
Recommendations For versions through 6400.0.8.5, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the HTTPD service to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the TZ parameter in affected HTTP requests until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this issue.

Fix
