Description An issue allows an attacker to trigger read operations on arbitrary files via Path Traversal in the TZ parameter. Although the attacker cannot retrieve the data that is read, this can cause a denial of service if the filename is, for example, /dev/random.

Recommendations For versions through 6400.0.8.5, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the TZ parameter to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this issue.
