Description The issue allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary HTML or JavaScript via a cross site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the reviewedBranch parameter of the "/plugins/servlet/branchreview" API endpoint.

Recommendations For versions prior to 4.7.3, update to version 4.7.3 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "/plugins/servlet/branchreview" API endpoint until a patch is applied. Avoid using the reviewedBranch parameter in the affected API endpoint until the issue is resolved.
