CVE-2019-20076

CVSS v2.0

4.3

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:M/Au:N/C:N/I:P/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Netis DL4323 (affected versions not specified)
Description The issue exists due to a cross-site scripting (XSS) flaw. Specifically, the username parameter in the form2Ddns.cgi endpoint, which is part of the Dynamic DNS Configuration settings, is vulnerable. This allows for potential exploitation through the DynDns settings.
Recommendations For Netis DL4323 devices, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the form2Ddns.cgi endpoint until a patch is available. Avoid using the username parameter in the affected endpoint until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
