Description
The issue affects the Oracle Outside In Technology component of Oracle Fusion Middleware, specifically the Outside In Filters subcomponent. It allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Outside In Technology. Successful attacks can result in the unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash of Oracle Outside In Technology, as well as unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of Oracle Outside In Technology's accessible data. Oracle Outside In Technology is a suite of software development kits (SDKs), and the impact of the issue may vary depending on how the software using the Outside In Technology code handles network data.
