Description The issue allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the MICROS Retail-J component. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized access to critical data, complete access to all accessible data, and unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some accessible data. Additionally, it can cause a partial denial of service (DOS) of MICROS Retail-J.

Recommendations For versions 12.1.0 through 12.1.2, update to a version that includes a fix for this issue. For version 13.1, update to a version that includes a fix for this issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
