Description The issue allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Advanced Outbound Telephony, requiring human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized access to critical data, complete access to all Oracle Advanced Outbound Telephony accessible data, as well as unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of Oracle Advanced Outbound Telephony accessible data.

Recommendations For versions 12.1.1 through 12.1.3, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk. For versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.8, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the User Interface component of Oracle Advanced Outbound Telephony to minimize the risk of exploitation.
