Description
The issue allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to cause a denial of service via a crafted request to TCP port 389. This request forces the slideshow to transition into a "stopped" state, effectively stopping an active slideshow.
Recommendations
For Crestron AM-100 version 1.6.0.2, consider restricting access to TCP port 389 until a patch is available.
For Crestron AM-101 version 2.7.0.2, consider restricting access to TCP port 389 until a patch is available.
