Description
The issue is related to a remote code execution problem in the Chakra scripting engine of Microsoft Edge, caused by a buffer overflow in memory. This could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code on a user's system by using a specially crafted web page. The attacker could gain the same user rights as the current user, and if the user has administrative rights, the attacker could take control of the affected system, allowing them to install programs, view, change, or delete data, or create new accounts with full user rights.
