Description
An attacker sending specifically crafted DHCPv6 requests through a BIG-IP virtual server configured with a DHCPv6 profile may be able to cause the TMM process to produce a core file.
Recommendations
For versions 11.5.2 through 11.6.4, consider disabling the DHCPv6 profile on the BIG-IP virtual server until a patch is available.
For versions 12.1.0 through 12.1.4.1, consider disabling the DHCPv6 profile on the BIG-IP virtual server until a patch is available.
For versions 13.0.0 through 13.1.2, consider disabling the DHCPv6 profile on the BIG-IP virtual server until a patch is available.
For versions 14.0.0 through 14.0.0.4, consider disabling the DHCPv6 profile on the BIG-IP virtual server until a patch is available.
For versions 14.1.0 through 14.1.0.5, consider disabling the DHCPv6 profile on the BIG-IP virtual server until a patch is available.
