CVE-2019-2652

CVSS v3.1

8.2

High

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:C/C:H/I:L/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Oracle E-Business Suite versions 12.1.1, 12.1.2, 12.1.3, 12.2.3, 12.2.4, 12.2.5, 12.2.6, 12.2.7, 12.2.8
Description The issue is related to insufficient access control in the Oracle iStore component, allowing an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle iStore. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and may significantly impact additional products. This can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle iStore accessible data, as well as unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of Oracle iStore accessible data.
Recommendations For versions 12.1.1, 12.1.2, 12.1.3, 12.2.3, 12.2.4, 12.2.5, 12.2.6, 12.2.7, 12.2.8, consider restricting access to the Oracle iStore component until a fix is available. As a temporary workaround, consider disabling access to sensitive data in Oracle iStore to minimize the risk of exploitation. Restrict access to the Shopping Cart subcomponent to minimize the risk of unauthorized data access. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
