Description
The issue is related to the map ns operation SMC handler function in the TEE OS Trusted Core operating system of the Huawei Mate 9 Pro mobile phone's firmware. It involves the dereferencing of an untrusted pointer. An attacker, acting locally, can exploit this issue by sending a specially crafted SMC request, potentially leading to a denial of service.
