| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:N |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Oracle Identity Manager versions 11.1.2.3.0 and 12.2.1.3.0
Description
The issue is related to inadequate access control in the Advanced Console subcomponent of Oracle Identity Manager, part of Oracle Fusion Middleware. This allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Identity Manager. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some of Oracle Identity Manager's accessible data.
Recommendations
For version 11.1.2.3.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue.
For version 12.2.1.3.0, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue.
As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Advanced Console subcomponent until a patch is available.
Fix
