If the current user has administrative rights, the attacker could take control of the affected system, install programs, view, change, or delete data, or create new accounts with full user rights. The vulnerability can be exploited through a web-based attack scenario, where an attacker hosts a specially crafted website or takes advantage of compromised websites that accept user-provided content.
