Description A denial of service issue exists due to improper input validation from a privileged user on a guest operating system, allowing an attacker to cause the host server to crash. To exploit this, an attacker with a privileged account on a guest operating system could run a specially crafted application, causing the host machine to crash. The update modifies how virtual machines access the Hyper-V Network Switch.
